Definition: frenemy: a person with whom one is friendly despite a fundamental dislike or rivalry. The world is full of people who profess to be friends of God, yet are truly His enemies. His rivals. The danger to Christians is, first, that these frenemies distort the truth and cause us to alter/shift our thinking , often without our realizing it until it has gone too far. the second danger is that these frenemies appear to be working for godliness while, instead, they are plotting and working against it. This lesson is designed to awaken us to such unrighteous happenings in the world.
